Returns & Exchanges

At GLD Products, we stand behind the quality of our gear; if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned sports equipment must be in original, unused condition with all packaging materials included.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure traceable and secure transport.

• 3.
  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the items in their original manufacturer packaging and affix the return label to the outside of the shipping box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the equipment, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
